Hiram Diaz currently serves as Quality Assurance and Operations Manager of Peerless Electronics Inc and has over 21 years of experience in the electronics distribution industry. He has been with the company for 6 years and serves as the AS9100 administrator. Hiram began his distribution career in 2003, as a Sales Account Manager. Throughout his career he was promoted to various positions including Product Manager, Warehouse Manager, Quality Manager, Operations Manager, and was the lead in the integration of 3 mergers. In February 2018, Hiram joined Peerless Electronics Inc. and in addition to being the Quality and Operations Manager he was instrumental in the company’s relocation from Bethpage to Hauppauge in 2019. Hiram has implemented a new Quality Management System, created efficiencies throughout the company’s operational processes, implemented mandatory cross training of all warehouse employees, and manages the facility.
